The Amapiano Dj Zandimaz, Mafikizolo’s Nhlanhla Zinca and ABX general Nutty O are working on a new single to be released soon.
Dj Zandimaz recently posted a snippet of the song dancing to it and it was well received by myriad of fans across social media who cant wait for the release of the full project.
On that same note, l foresee a big year for Zimbabwean music in general, especially if our own local artists keep on prioritising these strategic partnerships.
Just like the Nigerians, artists back home must pull up their socks, penetrate viable markets like that of South Africa which helps in exporting the Zimbabwean vibe. Because as it stands, most artists are more satisfied with the domestic Zimbabwean market.
Basically, Nutty O has been working hard for sometime now, with the pace that he is working on, King Forward could be our next big thing. Taking into consideration that some big African acts, amongst them Burna Boy, Patoranking and Wiz Kid, as big as they are also tapped into the South African market. So, with these moves he could be a million steps in the right direction.
He is also set to release his highly anticipated album The Mustard Seed soon, lets wait and see.
