An exciting line up of youthful artistes, who include hip hop award winning, T. Gonzi, arguably king of Zimdancehall, T. Makwikwi and fastest rising rapper RichNusty Swagga are set to perform at the inaugural Inter Schools Closing Bash taking place at Drive Inn Open Air situated at Makomva shopping centre in Glen view 2, Harare on August 12, 2017.
After their splendid performance at Inter Varsity Shake Off Winter Party held in July, T. Gonzi and RichNusty Swagga will also share the stage with baddest Dj’s, Dj Major Frost and Dj L Scout. To balance the equation of great music favourable to the youth, a Zimdancehall top artiste, T. Makwikwi will spice up the Inter Schools Closing Bash.
Crispen Rateiwa, event organiser and founding chairperson of College Youth Art Club (CYAC), said preparations for the first ever annual Inter Schools Closing Bash were going on well.
“All roads lead to Inter Schools Closing Bash this Saturday from 12pm till late. Tinenge takawanda! Haumboshaye wekuziwa. All those with student IDs will pay only a $1. Non-students pay $2.This is an occasion for scholars to network and connect while enjoying great music in a secure and purely entertainment environment. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy,” said Mr. Rateiwa.
Drive Inn Open Air is an open space joint in the league of Mereki, Zindoga among other popular places which offer the best Gango, Gochi Gochi, Ice cold beer and beverages at pump price.
